Strategy & Sales Manager

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial and enthusiastic person as we continue to grow our presence in Edmonton. As the Manager of Strategy & Sales, you’ll work closely with the Director of Strategy & Sales to maintain and grow existing Edmonton clients’ accounts while developing new business.

  • Manages and builds on existing client relationships, addressing client needs in a timely and professional manner
  • Prospects and engages with new enterprise-level clients, with a focus on building long-term relationships
  • Presents our services, campaign proposals and post-campaign reports to clients and prospective clients
  • Works with our teams across Canada in the development of client campaign strategies, sharing best practices and learning from other Managers
  • Supports, motivates, grows and mentors the Strategy & Sales team
  • Increases our presence and reputation within the business community
  • Assists in the hiring processes

Required Skills


Our ideal candidate is someone with 5-10 years of business development experience with a degree or diploma in business, marketing or communications. For the right candidate, we are willing to develop an oversight plan to help you build upon your existing skills.

Excellent time management, project management and strong communication skills are a must, and a well-established network isn’t going to hurt. If you are detail-oriented, organized, have an analytical mind with strong strategic-thinking skills, a keen interest in digital marketing, and the know-how to work on a project from start to finish, you’ll fit right in.

Important traits are curiosity, a desire to learn and a willingness to keep up with industry tech and knowledge. You may be asked to manage and aid in various tasks as they arise.

What You Can Expect from Us

  • Total target annual compensation $80,000-$110,000 (including base salary, monthly commission, and quarterly commission), based on performance
